    Discovery workshop

    We start in a room, not a backlog.

    • The problem you're solving — Stated plainly enough that someone could disagree with it.
    • Where the market already is — Who solves this today, and how well.
    • The product vision — What this is when it's working.
    • The feature list — And, more usefully, what deliberately isn't in the first version.

    That distils into product architecture and requirements: what gets built, in what order, and what waits.

    We build

    Days to weeks. Each step clears a higher bar than the last.

    • Usable — Good enough that someone can work with it across days, not click through it once.
    • Stable — Reliable enough that the feedback is about your product, not about the bugs.
    • Real — Solid enough to acquire actual users and collect actual metrics.
    • Decisive — Enough evidence to commit, change course, or stop.

    The last one is the whole point. Everything above it exists so that a decision you'd otherwise make on opinion gets made on evidence — before the serious money goes in.
